Welcome to TheMonetEffect. My name is Kayla Monet, and I appreciate your interest in booking graphic design services. Before submitting your inquiry, please review my policies, pricing information, and booking guidelines available through my Instagram highlights.
By submitting a booking inquiry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined within this Privacy Policy and Client Agreement.
TheMonetEffect may collect information including your name, social media usernames, project details, inspiration links, preferred deadlines, and any additional information you voluntarily provide throughout the booking process.
Information collected is used solely for project management, communication, payment processing, customer support, project delivery, and maintaining contact regarding your design services.
Your information will not be sold, rented, or distributed to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Following submission of your inquiry form, you will receive a confirmation message within 24–48 hours. This message may include:
Payment must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving your confirmation message.
Accepted payment methods include Cash App ($TheMonetEffect01) and any secure payment link provided by TheMonetEffect.
Standard turnaround times are approximately 1–5 business days unless otherwise discussed. Completion times may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, and current workload.
TheMonetEffect retains ownership of all design concepts, drafts, and files until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon rights to use their completed design.
